1. Glotfelty House Marker at Spruce Forest Artisan Village
Inscription.  Built in 1776 on the road between Salisbury and Pocahontas, Pa. by Solomon Glotfelty, as part of a larger log structure. Moved to Penn Alps in 1972 to be used as an artisan's studio.
 
Erected by Spruce Forest Artisan Village.
 
Location. 39° 41.794′ N, 79° 8.551′ W. Marker is in Grantsburg, Maryland, in Garrett County. Marker is on 177 Casselman Road 0.1 miles north of National Road (Alternate U.S. 40). Touch for map.
