Russell D. Hall, former Mayor of North Beach passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2005.
Mr. Hall was elected five times as mayor, served from 1970 - 1974, 1978 - 1982 and 1986 - 1990. He was the first mayor to serve a four-year term.
