Regarding Harvey Park. George W. Harvey (1885-1920) was an artist born in East Gloucester, Massachusetts. Largely self-taught, he studied in Philadelphia and Holland and thus was influenced by the Hague School of painters. He is known for his landscapes of Cape Ann, Massachusetts.
