Drive-In purchased in 1988 by
brothers Ed and Tom Caro,
in operation for over 50 years.
Designated a Malta Landmark 2007

The Malta Drive-In theatre is open from the last weekend in April until September, and advertises a capacity of 550 cars and shows first-run movies seven nights a week. On July 1, 1949 the Malta Drive-In premiered with the Abbott and Costello film "The Noose Hangs high". The second feature starred Roy Rogers and Trigger.
