Inscription. This Victorian gazebo was presented as a gift to the City by the four Kiwanis Clubs of Oshkosh with the funds from the first annual Oshkosh Kiwanis Mini Grand Prix Auto Race held in June 1990.
Dedicated July 4, 1991
