"On WEDNESDAY the 28th of JANUARY in§t. WILL BE SOLD by Order of the Hon. Cornelius Dupont, E§q. that capital and well known HOUSE, No. 77, the Corner of Tradd and King Streets. -- The Hou§e contains eight rooms, with a large piazza and pantry; the back buildings are, a two-§tory-kitchen-and-wa§h-hou§e, a §table §ufficient for twelve hor§es, coach-hou§e,chair hou§e, and wood-hou§e, all of brick; §moke-hou§e, poultry and pigeon-hou§e. The Lot contain§ 63 1/2 Feet front on Tradd-§treet, and 101 1/2 on King-§treet. The hou§e if built of the be§t material§, and there if no want of witne§§e§ in thi§ City to prove the faithful manner in which the fame wa§ put together, being formerly the property of Mr. Samuel Wainwright, who built it for hi§ own u§e.
