Erected 1916 by the Bellefontaine Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution.

This historic marker is located northwest of Bellefontaine, at what appears to be a senior citizens residency facility called Logan Acres, on a traffic island in the middle of their parking area, affixed to a large rock.
