Marker is at the intersection of West Main Street (New York State Route 417) and North 4th Street, on the right when traveling west on West Main Street. Touch for map. There are multiple panels to this memorial, with space for more casualties. Also, immediately to the right (east) of this memorial is a WCTU fountain (see photos). Marker is in this post office area: Allegany NY 14706, United States of America.

This fountain can be seen in the "facing West" photo above. It's immediately to the east (about 4 feet away) of the war memorial. I've included it due to its historical interest (at least it's interesting to me.)
