Also the sign is ambiguous about the relationship to Red Mill. This tower isn't the Red Mill. It is on the site of the original Red Mill, which was taken down in 1894. Then this was built in 1898.

Tablet is on north side of tower, missed by many visitor because the footpath goes along the south side.
