Also the sign is ambiguous about the relationship to Red Mill. This tower isn't the Red Mill. It is on the site of the original Red Mill, which was taken down in 1894. Then this was built in 1898.

Regarding Tower and Water Wheel of Easton Gardens. This building is mistakenly called the Red Mill or Old Red Mill by many locals. It is on the the site of the original Red Mill, but this was built later and is known variously as Arcola Tower
