1. Birthplace of Paul Vories McNutt Marker
Inscription. McNutt, born July 19, 1891 at 200 N. Walnut, was Indiana's 33rd Governor (1933-1937), state and national American Legion Commander, I. U. Law School Dean, High Commissioner and first U.S. Ambassador to Philippine Republic. Died March 24, 1955; buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
