This flag flies every day and night
as a tribute to those great Americans
who are Prisoners of War or Missing in Action
and
to remind each member of the
South Carolina Corps of Cadets
of the sacrifices made by Citadel alumni
as well as all American servicemen and women
in the cause of freedom.
