Inscription. Dedicated to the original homestead families and their descendants. Brought to fruition through the efforts of the U.S. Government, the Franklin Roosevelt, MGSR. Luigi Ligutti and the Grace of God. In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Granger subsistence homestead project.
