Who gave his life at Pearl Harbor in
defense of his country. His example
will always remain as an inspiration
of faithful performance of duty.

Roman Walter Sadlowski served on the USS Oklahoma, sunk in the attack on Pearl Harbor. 429 of her officers and enlisted men were killed or missing. He is listed on the Courts of the Missing at The Honolulu Memorial at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
