Memorial is on Scott Avenue, half a mile north of Main Street (New York State Route 18F), on the left when traveling east. Memorial is in a small cemetery adjacent to Fort Niagara Lighthouse on the grounds of Old Fort Niagara State Park. The cemetery is sandwiched between Scott Avenue and the Niagara River.
