2. Not Yet Installed?
Marker #20088 from the Texas Historical Commission should be a 27”x42” cast aluminum plate which is a standard THC design. It is not this Downtown Garland Contributing Structure plaque. The THC marker is dated 2018. Sometimes it takes a few years for a marker to get installed. It is possible it just hasn't been installed yet. The marker narrative is available in the THC Atlas.
