Location. 39° 53.25′ N, 80° 7.55′ W. Marker is near Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, in Greene County. It is in Franklin Township. Memorial can be reached from Garards Fort Road (County Route 2011) south of Rolling Meadows Road (County Route 2026), on the left when traveling south. Marker is located beneath the flagpoles at the west end of Greene County Memorial Park. Use the parking lot beside the tennis courts and take the short walkway to the memorial. Touch for map.
