Inscription. Walter and Virgilene Ritter Moore were lifelong residents of the area who gave many, many hours and funding to the betterment of the City of Falmouth. Both served as city council members and Virgilene served at mayor pro-temp for several years. It was their final bequest to leave a lasting memorial for the citizens of Falmouth to enjoy. The bell tower is given in love and respect for all to enjoy and reflect on our historic past.
