Regarding Percy Clark Residence. The 2600 block of Van Buren Place was founded by Percy H. Clark who built at least six of the homes, including this one. The historic street of Craftsman houses was built between 1903 and 1916.
In 1999 this home was designated Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 672.
