Note that although this looks like the blue plaques issued by Selskabet For Oslo Byes Vel, it was actually issued by the Riksarkivaren and Riksantikvaren (National Archivists and National Antiquarians). Identically worded plaques were mounted on quite a few such churches in 2014.

Excerpt (in translation): Valgkirkene (“electoral churches”) is a collective name for the churches that were used as polling stations during the 1814 election to the National Assembly at Eidsvoll. The churches were used in this way because they were the natural center of public life in most places in the country, and because the parishes were the basic unit in the electoral system. Some of the churches have been preserved, and in the anniversary year 2014 they became an important part of the commemoration in many places…
