If blood enriches the soil, then the ground
of Vietnam must be very fertile indeed
I did come home in the hearts and the minds of the living.
Every man and woman that came back brought a part of me
I have talked to you with their voices
and loved you with their hearts.
Do not be scared, for I am always with you.
I will always be there in the still of the night.
Be still, listen, you will hear my voice.
