Regarding Cly. Cly Shelley (1866-1926) ran a general store & the post office in town. Cly had its own post office from 1898-1938. Prior to being called Cly, the area was known as Falls, Falls View, or Falls Station, due to its proximity to the Conewago Falls on the Susquehanna River.
