Inscription.

In honor of those who served in Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia during the Vietnam War. These American servicem[e]n and women – in combat and support duties – carried the war to the heartland of North Vietnam. They answered the nation’s call in the Secret War against the infamous Ho Chi Minh Trail and against the invasions of Laos and Cambodia. The unselfish service of these dedicated patriots came at high personal cost and saved many American lives in South Vietnam.
