Location. 42° 35.595′ N, 78° 38.462′ W. Marker is in Concord, New York, in Erie County. Touch for map. Memorial is in Sprague Brook Park on Foote Road (County Road 563), a quarter mile east of NY route 240 (Glenwood - East Concord Road). From the park entrance bear left, pass the casino, and cross Sprague Brook. Marker is at or near this postal address: 9674 Foote Road, Glenwood NY 14069, United States of America.
