Inscription.

Built in 1864 by Charles V. Bush
on the site of the American Hotel.
In 1874 became the Cornwell Opera House
with 3 businesses on the main floor
including Cornwell Brothers Books

 
Erected 2013 by Penn Yan Historic Preservation Committee.
