Quien reformó la enseñanza creando un plantel que sirvió de modelo, la Escuela Normal del Estado.
Un hombre que educó para el bien y predicó sabios principios para fortificar el amor a la virtud y a la patria.
Pueblo y Gobierno Municipal le rinden justo homenaje.

Illustrious creator of the State Normal School, an apostle for education who always did his best for the common good.
He reformed teaching by creating a campus that served as a model for others at the State Normal School.
A man who educated for good and preached wise principles in order to fortify the love of virtue and homeland.
The People and Municipal Government pay homage to him.
