Illustrious creator of the State Normal School, an apostle for education who always did his best for the common good.
He reformed teaching by creating a campus that served as a model for others at the State Normal School.
A man who educated for good and preached wise principles in order to fortify the love of virtue and homeland.
The People and Municipal Government pay homage to him.
