Inscription. Built 1910 for Arkansas-St. Louis-Southwestern Railroad. Only surviving passenger railroad terminal in city built prior to WWI. Listed in National Register of Historic Places, 1991.
 
Erected by the Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau.
