Inscription.  Displayed here is Ahava's original filling instrument. Since Ahava factory opened in 1988, this tool has been utilized to fill 284,770 salt bags, 339 25 kilogram salt sacks and 729 5 kilogram salt buckets. In 1992 it officially retired and was replaced with semi-automatic filling machines.
 
Location. 31° 33.735′ N, 35° 24.079′ E. Marker is near Ein Gedi, Judea and Samaria Area, in Tamar Regional Council. Marker can be reached from National Route 90 31.5 kilometers south of National Route 1, on the right when traveling south. Touch for map. Located near Highway 90 and about 1 kilometer from the western shores of the Dead Sea, in the parking lot of the Ahava Dead Sea Factory. Touch for directions.
