Inscription. One of the winningest coaches in college basketball history, Bo Ryan spent over 30 years as the head coach for three UW-System Schools: UW-Platteville, UW-Milwaukee and UW-Madison. At UW-Platteville, Ryan led the school to a 353-76 overall record while guiding the program to the highest winning percentage (.908) of any school in college basketball during the 1990s. Ryan also steered the Pioneers to unprecedented tournament success, winning four Division III National Championships while compiling a 30-5 NCAA Division III Tournament record. After two successful seasons at UW-Milwaukee where he led the program to their first back-to-back winning campaigns in eight years, Ryan took over as the head coach of UW-Madison and quickly established the program as one of the best in the country. During his tenure as the Badgers' Head Coach, Ryan amassed a school-record 364 victories, 25 NCAA Tournament wins, seven Big Ten Titles, four Big Ten Coach of the Year Awards and 14 consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, including back-to-back Final Fours in 2014-2015.
