1. Wild Building Marker
Inscription.
The Wild building was built in 1880 by Leonard Wild, the “merchant prince and largest builder of his home city”. Designed by Huebner and Mueller of Indianapolis, it housed Wild's dry goods store for more than 15 years.
 
Erected by Noblesville Main Street, Inc.
 
Location. 40° 2.757′ N, 86° 0.802′ W. Marker is in Noblesville, Indiana, in Hamilton County. Marker is on 9th Street, on the right when traveling north. Touch for map. Marker is on the east courthouse square, about 100 feet north of the intersection of 9th and Conner (Indiana Routes 32/38) Streets.
