Built 1930
A good example of Spanish Colonial Revival style with Federal Modern influences, the stucco exterior and red Spanish tile roof highlight the unique windows and doors which have Art Deco detailing. The building was constructed on the original outer boundaries of Kingman's business district.
 
Erected by Arizona State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), City of Kingman Historic Preservation Commission, Main Street Kingman & National Park Service (NPS).
 
Location. 35° 11.56′ N, 114° 3.262′ W. Marker is in Kingman, Arizona, in Mohave County. Marker is at the intersection of North Third Street and Pine Street, on the right when traveling south on North Third Street. Touch for map.
