Inscription. Tenants of this two storefront building have been Maxwell Brown's Fancy Groceries, Mitchell's Grocery, Jack Schulman's Clothing, and Freeze Drug Co. The Woodmen of the World Hall was upstairs.
 
Erected by Hendersonville Historic Preservation Commission.
 
Location. 35° 19.09′ N, 82° 27.64′ W. Marker is in Hendersonville, North Carolina, in Henderson County. Marker is on North Main Street, on the right when traveling south. Touch for map.
