2. Pony Express Marker Monument
The marker is located in front of the historic Tribune Building and the Galina Perova Gallery. The monument also contains a plaque marking the Centennial of the Pony Express.

The top plaque was placed when the monument was originally erected. The lower plaque was placed to commemorate the Centennial of the Pony Express.
