Additional commentary.
1. Malvern, PA Plaque
This is one of E. M. Viquesney's bronze eagle plaques identical to others found on the bases of many of his famous "Spirit of the American Doughboy" statues. Although no statue is here, Malvern was named as one of the locations of several unspecified memorials in a list published by Viquesney in 1936.
