1. Town Hall Marker
Inscription. Town Hall was the center for Executive Meetings and social activities here at Camp Hoover. The two stone fireplaces were kept burning during chilly evenings. The President and his guests furnished brilliant conversation nightly on a wide variety of topics when the Camp was occupied. Few guests could equal their hostís ability to tell of interesting experiences he had on his world travels.

Location. 38° 29.442′ N, 78° 25.211′ W. Marker is in Stanley, Virginia, in Page County. Marker can be reached from Rapidan Road, on the left when traveling west. Touch for map. Marker is located at Rapidan Camp in Shenandoah National Park, at the end the Rapidan Fire Road. Marker is in this post office area: Stanley VA 22851, United States of America.

2. Town Hall Marker
