1. Landrum House Marker
Inscription. Built in 1875 by Andrew J. Landrum, a carpenter. Of exceptionally good construction, this house is considered a very good example of the architecture of the period.
 
Erected 1970 by Santa Clara Historical and Landmark Commission. (Marker Number 6.)
