Inscription. Jointly recognize this significant tree in the bicentennial year as having lived here during the American Revolutionary Period. 1776-1976
 
Erected 1976 by The International Society of Arboriculture and the National Arborist Association.
 
Location. 42° 46.609′ N, 77° 51.703′ W. Marker is in Cuylerville, New York, in Livingston County. Marker can be reached from Cuylerville Road (New York State Route 20A) mile west of Barrett Road. To see the tree is easy, to see the plaque, park in the lot and walk east to the end of park and to the largest tree you can see over there.
