English translation:
To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the founding of San Jose del Cabo, the second legislature of the Honorable Congress of this State declared on this day at the capital of this entity and in public session that on this date it approved the proposal submitted by the Honorable Angel Cesar Mendoza Aramburo, constitutional governor of Baja California Sur, creating the municipality of Los Cabos, in just acknowledgement of the hardworking men of the delegations from Santiago, San Jose del Cabo, and Cabo San Lucas.
