1. Solomon Mier Marker
Inscription. Came to Ligonier as a Jewish peddler in 1854. He became a banker, realtor, retailer, carriage and auto manufacturer. His care was named the Mier Runabout. He established the Banking House of Solomon Mier at 310 S. Cavin Street.
 
Location. 41° 27.824′ N, 85° 35.275′ W. Marker is in Ligonier, Indiana, in Noble County. Marker is at the intersection of W. 3rd Street and S. Cavin Street (State Road 5), on the right when traveling east on W. 3rd Street. Touch for map. Marker is at or near this postal address: 300 S.
