The House of Representatives commends the Florida Bicentennial Commission for making possible the placement of the Liberty Bell here where the public may see the bell and reflect upon the liberty the bell symbolizes. On November 19, 1974, House Speaker Donald L. Tucker rededicated the bell to the spiritual enrichment of the people of Florida
