1. Bernadotte Co-op Creamery Marker
Inscription. Creamery, organized as "Riverside" in 1895 - changed to "Bernadotte" in 1944 - New creamery built 1936 - cost $10,518. It handled whole milk at all times. Patorns delivered cream over 40 years. Co-Op dissolved in 1959. Building sold and used as holding station until 1974. 1976 - 96 percent of assets - $97,612 - liquidated.
