Location. 43° 1.134′ N, 78° 53.213′ W. Marker is in Tonawanda, New York, in Erie County. Marker is at the intersection of Niagara Street (New York State Route 266) and Oldenburg Drive, on the right when traveling south on Niagara Street. Touch for map. Marker is at the parking area on the left side of the City of Tonwanda Municipal Building just west of the intersection. Vietnam names are on the memorial although Vietnam is not on the center text. Marker is at or near this postal address: 200 Niagara Street, Tonawanda NY 14150, United States of America.
