Just around the corner of the Old Church is this one story, historically preserved home which has been added to the Cottrell Village along with the Church. The gate on the right opens to the outbuildings.

Completing the atmosphere of the old Cottrell Village, near the added one story frame home, are the old outbuildings. The left building is a privy and the right building is a smokehouse.
