2. Plainview Hardware Company Building Marker
prominent architect Joseph Champ Berry, of the Amarillo firm Berry and Hatch, designed the building. It represented not only a bold commercial investment at the onset of the Depression but also denoted a major expansion for an important early Perryton business and partnership.
