Inscription.

Maya-Yucateco:
El Omnibus

English:
“The Omnibus”
This corner had already received the name of The Omnibus in the report registered by Gonzalo Cámara Zavala in 1948, due to the fact that in 1889 the first urban animal traction bus service was established for passengers. It was thus called “Omnibus” although years later the word “guagua” would be imported and prevail for a long time.
