This Evangelical temple is the oldest of the city. It was built on a lot on the southern corner of the ex-Convent of San Francisco and the recently opened street of Galeana. Constructed by engineer Russell P. Cook, it followed the neo-gothic models of North America. It has been open to worshippers since 1894.
