2. Camp Bragg Memorial
The marker is flanked by four smoothbore Napoleon cannons (named after Emperor Louis Napoleon III) that fired a 12-pound projectile (4.62-inch bore diameter). The four cannons were shipped to Oshkosh by railroad in June 1915 from the Rock Island Arsenal at Rock Island, Illinois.

Translated, manufactured at the Revere Copper Company (in Boston, descendant of Paul Revere), registry number 21 (the 21st gun in this pattern), the weight was 1216 pounds when produced, inspected by Thomas Jackson Rodman, manufactured in 1862.
