1. Historic Gautier Cemetery Marker
Inscription.  Originally a burial site for the Gautier family, this cemetery contains the graves of Fernando Gautier and Henry Gautier (builder of Twelve Oaks). Members of the Clifford, Fayard, Fuller, LeBatard, Pelham, Peterson, Quinn, Saucier, Vaughan, and Ziegler families were later buried here. The earliest grave is dated 1874.
 
Erected 2004 by Mississippi Department of Archives and History.

Location. 30° 23.061′ N, 88° 36.733′ W. Marker is in Gautier, Mississippi, in Jackson County. Marker is at the intersection of Oak Street and U.S. 90, on the right when traveling north on Oak Street.
