Regarding USS Utah Memorial. Navy Chief Yeoman Albert T.D. Wagner, took the ashes of his infant daughter aboard the USS Utah so when the ship went out for maneuvers they could be scattered at sea. Chief Yeoman Wagner survived the attack but his daughter's ashes were never retrieved and they still are in his locker. Her twin sister visits the site often and is grateful that there are so many heroes guarding over her.
