Inscription. Known for its boats, the Fay & Bowen Engine Company built quality pleasure craft and marine and industrial engines near this site from 1904 to 1929. Fay & Bowen sold launches and runabouts worldwide that earned them the reputation - "None Better Built."

Faybow Boats Inc.
FayBow Boats Inc. continued to build boats at this site from 1929-1937. FayBow offered a line of speedboats, outboard runabouts, and hydroplanes.
