Order of Scottish Clans
at St. Louis on
November 30, 1878

To commemorate a noble achievement
and as a reverent tribute to
a worthy Scot
this monument is erected
in his honor and
dedicated to his memory
by the members of the
Order of Scottish Clans
November 30, 1941.
